I specialise in creating change conversationally using hypnotic techniques whilst we are exploring the changes you want to make, ensuring that those of you who prefer a ‘chatty’ style of coaching have access to these powerful techniques too. I also regularly blend conversational suggestions and hypnotherapy with other techniques from Havening and NLP that we do in conjunction, so you benefit from the combined power of the best techniques that meet your needs and get you the fastest results.
If you are looking for a practitioner where you can sit back and have hypnotherapy ‘done to’ you, then to be (gently) honest, I’m not your practitioner. Experience has shown me that the best long-term results coming from teamwork between the practitioner and yourself and to create the change both consciously and unconsciously, with you in the drivers seat and me as the guide. We ‘do it’ together, leaving you feel more confident, capable in the future with results that go beyond the specific change you are after.
