Good question! It’s for you if:

Firstly, this program is designed for personal use, to focus on enhancing wellbeing, rather than working with conditions or issues (but is great for mild stress and anxiety)
Used effectively, this will absolutely help re-balance your nervous system and help you deal more comfortably with day-to-day life, your emotions, and energy levels. But let’s be real, if you’re struggling more than ‘just a bit’, this will naturally have the best effect in conjunction with other therapy, support, and input and is in no way intended as a replacement for medical and mental health support.
Straight up, it’s not for trauma or extreme unwanted emotional responses. You won’t find me teaching people how to use Havening without the support or input of a trained practitioner for these types of issues. Sorry, but I wholeheartedly believe it is irresponsible to do so. When working with these issues needs a well-qualified practitioner with the expertise and knowledge to keep you safe and really target the issue in question in a gentle and well-informed way, through to its completion. It’s for your benefit and protection, I promise. This course is not a substitute for professional and medical help and is not designed to help you with these types of issues. A ‘one tool’ fixes everything promise. This is one aid/tool/therapeutic approach of many and given we’re complex human beings (in the most fantastic of ways) we often need an integrated approach when things get tough. What is Havening?
Havening is a set of techniques that use sensory input through the form of touch to transform how the brain and body function. It is one of several psycho-sensory modalities and can be self-applied as well as be delivered by someone else. The touch creates electrical and chemical changes in the brain and body that calm the brain activity and boost the positive chemicals such as serotonin and dopamine (and reduces our stress hormones).
It creates a wonderful calm and gentle state and puts the brain in a highly receptive mode, that we can use to create change, transform beliefs, access our creativity and goals and encourage optimism.
Given that your brain is responsible for how you think, feel and act its a ‘no-brainer’ (sorry!) that we want it, and our body to be in optimum health. Used regularly, this method can help regulate your nervous system, alleviate stress and worries and refocus the mind.

A nice practical introduction to Havening.
I have read a little on Havening and the techniques in this course expanded on the very basic technique I'd read about. The techniques here really widen the horizons of Havening and inspire food for thought.
